Principal
Kelly O’Brien joined the Brilla Public Charter Schools community in 2014 as a second grade teacher. She was a teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal and is now the founding Principal of Brilla’s first New Jersey location, Brilla Paterson.She began her path in education at Syracuse University, where her passion flourished as she pursued her degree in Elementary Education.
With a deep desire to make a profound impact in the field of special education, Kelly further honed her expertise by earning a Masters in Special Education from Hunter University and most recently acquired a Masters in Educational Leadership from William Paterson University. Kelly’s academic journey and comprehensive background reflect her unwavering commitment to providing an exceptional educational experience for all students.
