Operations Manager / Assistant SBA
Erika Arellano joined the Brilla team in 2023. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and her MBA. Erika did a complete 180 in her career and went from working in EMS to starting out in Education as an administrative assistant to the Chief Academic Officer. She worked her way up until she became a certified SBA. Erika is a foodie (she knows all the good places to eat!) and is a season ticket holder for the New York Giants.
