DANCE TEACHER
Jovan Sharp, NY, by way of Chicago, originally joined the Brilla team in 2013. They later went on to dance professionally in various concert and commercial settings. Sharp attended Columbia College Chicago where they studied Dance Choreography and Cultural Studies. Sharp has appeared in works by Joel Hall, Kevin Iega Jeff, Gary Abbott, Lisa Johnson-Willingham, Alex Proia, and Iquail Shaheed. Sharp has created works with various local and international artists in the fields of dance and music. Sharp returned to Brilla in spring of 2022 as the dance instructor at BCPE.
