Assistant Superintendent, Brilla Elementary Schools

Margaret (Molly) Rippe serves as the assistant elementary superintendent for the Brilla Schools Network. In her role, she coaches and supports Brilla’s elementary school principals in the implementation of Brilla’s Essential Practices to create exceptional schools. Prior to joining the Seton team, Molly was a part of Brilla. She began as a founding fourth grade teacher in 2016, and held a variety of leadership roles, most recently serving as the principal of our flagship school, Brilla College Prep Elementary. Molly grew up in Dallas, TX and moved to New York for college. She graduated from NYU with a degree in history and sociology. After graduating, Molly was a Teach for America Corps Member, teaching fifth and sixth grade math in New York City prior to joining Brilla. Molly completed her Masters of Arts in teaching with a specialization in secondary math at Relay Graduate School. She credits the amazing teachers she had as a child and her parents for instilling a lifelong love of learning, a commitment to service and an unwavering belief in education’s ability to transform lives. When not working, Molly enjoys running, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.

“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”
