Catherine Birri serves as the executive assistant to the executive director of the Brilla Schools Network. She holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and theology from Thomas Aquinas College in Santa Paula, California. After graduating, Catherine entered the education world as a middle school mathematics teacher. She transitioned to working in charter school operations and then joined the Brilla College Prep Elementary team during Covid as the operations coordinator. After two years of faithful service, she joined the strategy team at the Archdiocese of New York Department of Education as the strategy associate, where she implemented the strategic vision for New York City’s Catholic Schools. With her heart never far from Seton’s mission, Catherine has come back to support the executive director. When not working, Catherine volunteers with the CFR Sisters in running Samuel Group, a young adult faith formation program. She delights in reading, learning to play tennis, and spending quality time with friends.
