Brilla Pax Elementary School exists to serve the children and families of the Bronx, School District 9, by providing an academically rigorous and virtue-centered education. We are committed to developing the minds and hearts of our students, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and character necessary to succeed in college and beyond. Guided by our belief that all children deserve access to an excellent education, we answer the call to serve, time and time again, in communities where high-quality schooling options are most needed.
In the fall of 2020, Brilla Pax Elementary School opened its doors in the Bronx, colocated with Brilla Caritas Elementary School in the University Heights community. Initially serving kindergarten, Brilla Pax Elementary has expanded each year, with plans to serve students from Kindergarten through 4th grade by 2025. In the fall of 2025, Brilla Pax Elementary will move to its building in School District 9, continuing to provide an academically rigorous and character-driven education to the children and families of the Bronx.
Brilla Schools are open to all students, regardless of background or ability. Enrollment is free, and no entrance exams are required. Join us in our mission to provide an exceptional education for the next generation of leaders.
