FOUNDING DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Ismael Guadalupe joined the Brilla team in 2020. Ismael is the Founding Assistant Principal of Operations. He graduated from Fordham University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Information Technology. Since young, Ismael developed his love for helping people starting out as a Tutor for students reading below grade level, then managing an after school program across the five boroughs and settling in charter education holding multiple operations positions for the past five years. Born and raised in The Bronx, Ismael loves to play sports, and spend time with his friends and family.
