Introducing our first-ever BrillAppreciation Week!
Dear Brilla Parents,
I am very excited to tell you about an upcoming promotion that will help us close out the school year on a super positive note — well, actually a lot of notes!
During the first week of June — from June 3 to June 7 — we will be celebrating our very first BrillAppreciation Week, a chance to celebrate the brilliance of our Brilla family.
Everyone at Brilla, from parents to teachers and staff and scholars, will have an opportunity to express their appreciation for something or someone at Brilla that has made a difference in their life. It can be something as simple as someone who greets you every morning with a smile, or a teacher who helped your child achieve some educational breakthrough. Remember, the best appreciation is specific!
I know I myself can think of so many things I love about this school.
What better time of year for everyone to practice one of our most important virtues: gratitude. And, as we all know, it means so much when others appreciate you. And the people who work at Brilla love to hear what us parents appreciate.
So, start thinking about how you will show your BrillAppreciation. It’s easy. Beginning on June 3 everyone will receive the link to enter a written or video comment. And if you want to contribute two, go right ahead. There’s no limit to how much appreciation you can express. It’s free!

Queridos padres de Brilla,
Estoy muy emocionada de contarles sobre una próxima promoción que nos ayudará a cerrar el año escolar con una nota súper positiva; bueno, ¡en realidad muchas notas!
Durante la primera semana de junio, del 3 al 7 de junio, celebraremos nuestra primera Semana BrillAppreciation, una oportunidad para celebrar la brillantez de nuestra familia Brilla.
Todos en Brilla, desde padres hasta maestros, personal y estudiantes, tendrán la oportunidad de expresar su agradecimiento por algo o alguien en Brilla que haya marcado una diferencia en sus vidas. Puede ser algo tan simple como alguien que lo salude todas las mañanas con una sonrisa o un maestro que ayudó a su hijo a lograr algún avance educativo. Recuerde, ¡la mejor apreciación es específica!
Sé que yo misma puedo pensar en muchas cosas que me encantan de esta escuela.
Qué mejor época del año para que todos practiquemos una de nuestras virtudes más importantes: la gratitud. Y, como todos sabemos, significa mucho que los demás te aprecien. Y a la gente que trabaja en Brilla le encanta escuchar lo que nosotros, los padres, apreciamos:
