El Camino Program Leader, Veritas
Jennifer Garcia serves as a program leader for the El Camino Program. She graduated from the University of North Texas in 2017, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. After graduation, Jennifer worked for the Dallas School District as a preschool teacher for three years. She discovered Seton’s mission and decided to become a fellow for the year 2020-2021. As a Seton Teaching Fellow, Jennifer came to know the joy of serving the mission and the Bronx community. She stayed and served as a kindergarten teacher at Brilla College Prep Elementary from 2021-2022. Jennifer recognizes the beauty of the Catholic faith. She hopes to bring herself and others closer to Christ through Seton’s mission. In her free time, Jennifer likes to explore and admire different Catholic churches’ architecture. She also enjoys learning about history, watching movies, and discovering new places around New York City.
