Director of Enrollment
Rachelly Crime serves as the Director of Enrollment for the Brilla Schools Network, supporting all of Brilla School’s enrollment and recruiting initiatives. A NYC native, Rachelly has had numerous leadership roles in various social service and education entities. She served as the Senior Director of Operations for the Capital Prep Harlem Charter School for 4 years. In this role, she lead the non academic, logistical side of the house, ensuring the school was in compliance with all operations requirements and met their enrollment goals. Rachelly brings over 10 years of experience in operations with demonstrated success working in the education management industry. In her personal time, Rachelly is a foodie, loves to travel, shop, write, as well as serves as an advocate for the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation where she has participated as a volunteer and fundraiser. Rachelly has her BA in English Literature from the City College of New York and her Masters in Organizational Leadership from Mercy College.
