Multilingual Learners Manager, Brilla Schools Network

Jennifer Hall is the founding Multilingual Learners Manager for the Brilla Schools Network. She joins Seton with over a decade of experience in MLL education. Prior to joining Seton, Jennifer has served MLLs and their families in various capacities in schools that include classroom teacher, MLL specialist, and MLL coordinator. One of her favorite school-based roles was serving as a 1st grade teacher at Colegio Americano de Guatemala, a dual-language international school in Guatemala City. After nearly a decade in schools, Jennifer went on to work as an MLL Education Consultant with The New York City Charter School Center, facilitating their MLL programming and supporting schools across NYC to build inclusive, academically strong, and equitable MLL services for their students and families.  It was through her work with the NYC Charter Center that Jennifer was connected with Brilla Schools and was drawn to their community and student-centered mission.

Outside of work, she loves to travel, read, go thrifting, and spend time with her husband and two cats. Jennifer holds a B.A. in Global Studies from Middle Tennessee State University and an M.S. in Elementary Education from Johns Hopkins University.

For there is always light, if only we’re brave enough to see it. If only we’re brave enough to be it.
