MLL SPECIALIST
Rasil Perez joined Brilla Veritas Elementary in 2023 as the Multilingual Specialist (MLL). She is excited to help scholars learn English through a variety of activities that involve reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Ms. Perez received a teaching certificate in Childhood Education from Fordham University and a TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certificate from Saint John’s University. Prior to joining the Brilla team, Ms. Perez had experience teaching students K-8 as a lead teacher and in small groups. Ms. Perez enjoys spending time with her family and trying out new foods.
