Social Worker
Jennifer Gaspar, LSW joined the Brilla Team as a School Social Worker in 2023. She is a first-generation Latina, born in Passaic, New Jersey. Growing up, Jennifer learned the value of education and was the first to graduate with a Masters in her family. She graduated from Rutgers University, where she received her Master of Social Work, with a specialization in Clinical Social Work. Jennifer worked with the Department of Children and Families, serving children and families, for nearly a decade. She later went on to work with Veterans and their families, providing clinical and advocacy services.
Jennifer is deeply passionate about empowering children and families, a spark that ignited at the start of her career. Jennifer’s value of education lends to her strong belief that any child can thrive with a solid support system and the necessary tools to persevere. Jennifer also values family and enjoys traveling and going on adventures with them. She is a huge music and sports enthusiast! She loves going to concerts and rooting for her NY based teams, such as the NY Yankees and NY Giants.
