Kelly Lou Pelicano joined the Brilla family as a Seton Teaching Fellow in 2020. Before joining Brilla, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Southern Utah University. During her college career, Ms. Pelicano conducted heat transfer research; contributed to fluid power research through a National Science Foundation Engineering Research Center; and worked as a teaching assistant in the engineering department. Combined with a summer of mission work, Kelly’s love for learning led her to consider a future in education and eventually brought her to Seton Teaching Fellows. Ms. Pelicano enjoys hand lettering, adventuring in new cities, reading on the beach or in a park, and singing with her younger siblings.

“In the designs of Providence there are no mere coincidences.”
