Vivian Batista joined the Brilla team in 2022 as a music teacher. She received a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Communication from the University of Havana. She also obtained a Professional Degree as a Professor of Music from the Amadeo Roldán Conservatory, also in Havana, Cuba. Before coming to Brilla, she worked as a music teacher at several New York and Detroit educational spaces. Her most extensive experience is from Cuba, where she served as a music theory and appreciation teacher for the Guillermo Tomás Conservatory. Vivian enjoys exploring New York City and getting to know new people in her free time.
